There’s no doubt downtown has become very competitive, but I couldn’t be happier to be among the first—if not the very first—resident to move into Saiya. The building feels like a private resort, and the team behind the community has gone above and beyond to make both my move and my short time here truly enjoyable. From the leasing process and tour, to the steady updates before move-in day, move-in day itself, and finally addressing a small appliance related concern, everything has been seamless... . It’s been a complete night-and-day difference compared to my last downtown Phoenix community.
