Love Saiya!
I’ve had a really positive experience living at Saiya so far. The building itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is how responsive and helpful the team is. Any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly, which makes a huge difference day to day.
The amenities are actually usable (not just for show), and the overall vibe of the community feels calm and respectful. It’s also in a super convenient location, with easy access to everything I... need.
No place is ever perfect, but Saiya is! I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new apartment.

Love Saiya!
Walking into Saiya for the first time felt like stepping right back into the heart of the big city I grew up in. Being from the North Side of Chicago, I’m used to a certain rhythm, convenience, community, and that unmistakable urban warmth. Saiya delivers all of that and more.
The location alone is a major plus, but the building itself is everything you could want and everything you didn’t even realize you needed. From the moment you walk in, Kacey and Samantha set the tone. Their warmth,... professionalism, and genuine presence make you feel at home in a way that’s rare in a big-city environment. Their personalized attention is always there when you need it, always thoughtful.
The amenities are truly next level. The pools, the views, the ease of having essentials right inside the building, bring all the conveniences of city living under one roof. It’s the kind of setup that makes everyday life smoother and extremely convenient.
