I will want to reiterate that the strategic location of this complex has contributed enormously to my positive experiences. Lydia has been great. She was very helpful in getting the paperwork completed. There were some issues with the apartment having some maintenance issues but I turned it in and the office let me know that they will take care of it.

I feel safe and the apartments are well taken care of! Every Friday they clean the community and I love that! The people are friendly as well so that’s a plus for me!

so far, this place has been great! its in a great place & i love calling Rockledge my home! its spacious, customer service is great, location is amazing, i can keep going!

I'm a simple person: I work from home, go out once a week for groceries or shopping. It's quiet and safe here. Neighbors appear safe enough to periodically open their patio doors and blinds and we have local law enforcement visit the complex. If I wanted to eat out or enjoy nightlife, everything is less than 15 minutes away. If I decided to stay indefinitely indoors or on the property, I'd have no issues, Wild cottontails are sometimes seen hopping around at night, which is nice.
