I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean. The location is convenient, and I appreciate how safe and comfortable the property feels. The apartment itself has been spacious and comfortable, and the AC works great, which is especially important in Arizona summers. Overall, it’s been a... positive place to live and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice apartment community.

Most of my neighbors are very friendly. One issue I have is how people drive too fast in parking lots. Especially since I have noticed there have been more families with small children moving in. I have a nephew who I watch every week and it would be nice if there were an area to take small children to play. We have a dog park but not park or play are for children. Other than that the experience has been nice. Also it would be nice if there were more shaded area at pool too. Around pool not... just the Ramada area. Thank you for time and attention
