There are constant changes, some good, some meh - overall feels good for the community. Main gate is usually broken which has lead to not just myself but my wife almost being struck by cars entering through the exit gate. We've notified them but it seems we're at the mercy of whoever they keep as a vendor. Nice amenities.

I like the apartment unit itself, and the maintenance team is prompt and friendly. My issues come from the gates and the feral cats. The gates are only closed sometimes. The tracks rattle, and no one will fix them until it breaks completely off. The cats are everywhere on the right side of the building and have urinated on my bike several times, so I can't park it in my space anymore.

Duplicate review-Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our team. We will check on the timing of the gates. The gates are open during the day and close on a timer after business hours. unfortunately the 3 cats ( friendly) that come on to the... property from adjacent communities, we have no control over. They enter through and over our fencing/gates. Please feel free to call animal control, maybe they will be of more help to you then us. Our apologies for our limited assistance with the wandering cats.
