0 stars. What needs the most improvement is the staff, (rude & inconsiderate of the people paying to live here) always so negative and not curtious. No one is ever smiling and every staff member looks MISERABLE. as well as general maintenance upkeep. A list of problems on each floor that has never been taken care of, seems like staff doesn’t care about the health concerns of the building. Multiple ppl moving out and not renewing their lease for a reason, all of the neighbors in the “community”... have been let down due to Greystars poor management.

It is a great place and convenient area to live. The staff and maintenance do a great job and always do their job fast and efficiently. I never really hear any noise and right above the pool. If there is an issue they quickly resolve it.

Coming from a nightmare situation, the difference truly felt like night and day.
