I enjoy liviing at Peak 16. We have everything we need and I love the modern interior design. Also, it's in a great area and central to a lot - great for young professionals thriving in Phoenix!

Moving into these apartments has been such a smooth and positive experience! The staff made the whole process stress-free, and everything was ready and welcoming on move in day. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. I really appreciate how easy they made the transition definitely one of the best moving experiences I’ve had!

I loved Peak16 it was an amazing property & checked off all my boxes! When I got there the lobby was was such a beautiful space & the staff were incredibly sweet. Isabelle the leasing agent provided me with all the information I needed & showed me around the property which was in amazing condition. I will definitely be renting here in the future & would highly recommend to people in the Phoenix area.

I enjoy this community. It truly feels like home. This year it will be 3 years living in this appartment and we have been so happy with location, staff, neighbors and our appartment

0 stars. What needs the most improvement is the staff, (rude & inconsiderate of the people paying to live here) always so negative and not curtious. No one is ever smiling and every staff member looks MISERABLE. as well as general maintenance upkeep. A list of problems on each floor that has never been taken care of, seems like staff doesn’t care about the health concerns of the building. Multiple ppl moving out and not renewing their lease for a reason, all of the neighbors in the “community”... have been let down due to Greystars poor management.
