Love it here, very fun place. I love the events; we have free food, drinks, and the activities are fun. Staff has been on it with handling service requests lately.

Definitely could be better. Rent sucks bugs are everywhere. This place is falling apart and I’d be surprised if it even gets a chance to renew itself or possibly even be here in the next 10 years.

The property could use better maintenance. Property itself is dirty. Maintenance takes forever to follow up on calls. Cosmetic repairs outside property could use a touch up. Property in a very local area. Quiet for the most part.

I rated 3 stars because I still am having the same issues from the last time I left the review, which some of these issues do not have to do with the leasing office. Mainly other residents still not picking up after their dogs and communication with the leasing office can sometimes take a while.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Monterra Apartments. The community is well-maintained, particularly the pool and gym, and the management team is very responsive whenever I submit a maintenance request. I haven't had any major issues during my time here, other than the occasional issue with neighbors taking packages left at my door. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
