I like living here because I have convenience to gas, grocery shopping, restaurants, hospital, the 202 freeway and the 51.

Monterra has well kept grounds, office staff and maintenance staff are very courteous, accommodating and professional. They have a security who watches the complex and i feel very secure.

Great experience. Every time I have an issue they immediately handle it. I have not had to wait. The only issue I have is a serious roach problem. They exterminate every time but they come back. Maybe the neighbors. I keep my apartment clean. I really wish they would put a tent over the apartments because it’s a serious problem. My daughter moved in the building next to mine and she has the same problem. She only lived there 2 months. Residence do not pick up after there dogs but maintenance... does. It’s been really nice this year, definitely renewed and recommended. I’ve had to open 2 maintenance tickets and the problem was solved quickly. I wish there was a little play area for the kids but otherwise perfect. Location is great too.

Mmm it’s been a month still needs a adjustment but so far it’s okay but I don’t understand why my assigned parking spot is far away I want it close to my place and view to see my property

My apartment is directly adjacent to the dumpster where crackheads and homeless people come to open trash bags and look for cans. Not a good look for the community. Amenities are not that great. The apartments have outdated tubs and are constantly peeling paint. Cabinets and drawers are outdated as well. My apartment randomly has power outages where I have to call for emergency maintenance.
