Enjoy living here. Close to my job. U don't get bothered by anyone. Very quiet. Paying rent is easy. Never had a bug problem living here. Enjoy it.

My overall experience over the last ~2 years has been the most positive I've had at a complex in Phoenix. It's not without its issues, such as some old appliances, and there are emergency sirens pretty often due to multiple hospitals being nearby. The property manager as of right now (10/25/25), however, is without a doubt the best I've dealt with. I reported an issue with my air conditioner at the beginning of last summer, and it was looked at and replaced entirely with a new unit within the... week. My dishwasher was a similar situation. Any time I've had questions or concerns, they've been acknowledged and addressed.

Overall not terrible apartments. Could be more updated, but you get what you pay for. Its a quiet community although you can definitely hear traffic and sirens constantly. Pool is frequently closed but staff does their best to make it better quickly.
