Maxwell on 66th is a great place to live. Love the location and the layout of my apartment! The pool area is amazing and so is the workout room. I also appreciate the friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

The Residents call box hasn’t worked in months. Management’s response is “ have your guest wait and follow someone else in” The outside lighting hasn’t worked since last November. Yet we dug a trench to fix the outside cable and sound system around the pool area. I don’t see how that takes priority over the outside lighting. I would think safety comes first.
There is a lack of communication between management and residents. I feel that this to be better.

Nice community. The pool is very nice and has different events going on pretty frequently. sometimes it gets loud on 68th street from people driving their cars too fast. Would recommend living here.

Adding my dog to the lease was easy. Also adding my wife was easy too. Changing garages was easy too. All staff are great. Maint guys are on it too.
