Just moved in love it so far. Neighbors are friendly. Awesome amenities. Perfect distance from everywhere. Can’t wait to make this place like home. Staff is awesome as well! Shout out to Nicholas for helping us!!!

Go Elsewhere!

If you want to overpay for "luxury," go to Maxwell. It's not kept up well - the stairways and hallways are dirty, there's always big messy puddles of mud and debris on the grass and sidewalk areas, the carpet in the gym floor has been cleaned once since the complex opened, the gym is never truly cleaned etc. 
One of the biggest problems is the amenities are frequently broken or only partially usable, for EXTENDED periods of time. The pool wasn't heated for over a year. The sound system in the...
gym was unusable for over a year and a half and when they finally "fixed" it, it's just so that it's set to what is playing in the office. Only one of the computers in the business center typically works. The printer is hit and miss. The TVs by the pool weren't working for over a year. I could go on and on. Things don't work and they stay that way for a very long time, if they're even properly fixed at all.  My AC went out early in the morning mid summer, which is considered an after hours emergency. It took maintenance 6 hours to arrive and attend to it. My neighbor had a severe ant infestation to the point she couldn't use her kitchen - it happened on Tuesday, they made her wait until Friday in that condition until the pest control guy came to the property at his normal scheduled time. Again, the list goes on and on for those things too. 

The majority of the office staff are not helpful or friendly. The assistant manager Patricia in particular is very rude, unhelpful, and makes you feel really uncomfortable or even upset. She treats you with irritation and even disrespect. She doesn't make living there a good experience at all. You're certainly not valued. The pool area is beautiful which is what brings people in - but for the price we pay, it's definitely not worth it given things like said above. It was great when I first moved there, but it went WAY downhill, sadly, primarily due to the poor management.

The complex nearby that I'm in now is a bigger unit, is a much nicer place, the community is kept up WAY better, the staff and management are SO friendly and helpful, the amenities are bigger and better and they work and are well maintained...and all this for LESS money than all the headaches at Maxwell. I wish I would have moved long ago. I don't recommend choosing Maxwell for your home, they don't care about residents at all, and there are so many better options in the same area.

Overall a positive experience, we have been here a few years now. Still loving the pool and getting a lot of use out of the gym. Nice sized apartment, very spacious balcony. Great maintenance staff and friendly staff. Noise in the evenings has been a little bit of an issue in the parking lot lately
