How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth the headache

Do not move to Mason Oliver unless you want to deal with unprofessional management, selective rule enforcement, and constant frustration. Residents are expected to follow rules that management openly ignores themselves. When concerns are brought up, nothing gets resolved and you are made to feel like the problem for speaking up. There is no accountability, no fairness, and no real care for the people who live here. The property may look decent at first, but living here is a completely different... story. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.
