I don't think there is a single good unit to pick from here. Its so loud everywhere. The gates beep very loudly when they open which is all hours of the day. If you live on the street you hear cars and homeless people screaming at all hours. Loud cars, thumping music, people racing. If you live next to the pool you hear the people and their loud music at the pool and the pool pump at all hours. If you live too close to the exit doors of the buildings they slam all day. Elevator noise dinging.... People walking and talking in hallways. Dogs barking echoing the halls. Thin walls. Thin floors. I can hear my neighbor below me stomping. Seriously. It vibrates my apartment. I can hear the AC units on the roof when they're running. Everywhere is just so noisy. If you live next to the street invest in some earplugs to get any sleep at night.

False and Deceptive Advertising
When I signed a new lease here in January 2024 I was supposed to receive 8 weeks free rent beginning February 1, 2024, and was under the impression I wouldn't have any rent due until March 28, 2024. In the second week of March I received a late notice that said I owe a balance of $800+ that was due since March 1, 2024. I was told by the leasing office of a different formula they use to calculate free rent concession, which was no where in my signed lease agreement. This was completely unexpected... and now after only being at the apartments for just under 3 months, I was evicted for non-payment. The free rent is deceiving, and false advertising as I was not informed of this odd formula used to calculate free rent and was not advised I would have a balance due March 1st. The deceiving advertising by this company has turned my life upside down because of this eviction and they were unwilling to work with me to avoid eviction. I highly recommend against renting at this property.

Worst Apartment Experience Yet
There are homeless people everywhere, the customer service is terrible, and don’t feel safe in your apartment.
The water in my apartment is a health hazard as it smells and makes your skin itch every time I shower. I’ve have a leak in my ceiling and below my sink and the property has dragged there feet at fixing anything.
Additionally, I have a neighbour that likes to walk my apartment tapping on my walls just so that he can “let me know I’m listening”.
The apartments are new, but anyone... with a design background knows they went cheap on the fixtures and pools.

Nice but noisy.
I moved into a brand new apartment a month ago and I'm not enjoying the place as much as I thought I would. The apartment itself is nice, and the staff have been very professional and friendly. I've have a couple of minor issues resolved in a timely manner. The problem is the noise from the pool pumps. My fourth floor apartment faces the pool and I hear pool pump noise 24/7. A high pitch whine. While it's faint most of the time, it's always there in the background. When the spa's going,... it can get quite loud. I use white noise, ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones when I'm trying to get some peace and quiet. Not optimal. If you're looking at one of these apartments, take this into consideration when picking a unit.
