This place have a great maintenance and cleaning team, also good leasing office staff.

We very much enjoy living in this community. The amenities are excellent, it is clean, the office staff are extremely personable and responsive and it is centrally located in Phoenix, minutes from excellent shopping, hospitals and entertainment.

My experience at Callia has been great so far. Great amenities. Helpful staff and beautiful property.
