As a resident of 5 years, I have an affinity for the complex, it's well-manicured grounds, friendly staff, quiet property and beautiful surroundings. I have seen my son grow up here and would recommend it to anyone with little ones, as well as those without. I have never had any issues with unruly neighbors or consistent disturbances of any kind. Even located in a bldg that is less than 100 yrs from 7th, you barely hear the commuters.

Very impressed with every team member at Avana. Responsive, communicative, and friendly. My unit was spotless when I moved in! (I clean before I unpack) I even wiped down the rod connected to the vertical blinds and my Clorox wipe didn’t pick up any “grodiness”. Thank you Avana!

Living at Avana for 25 years, I cannot praise the amenities and service I receive here enough. I have a one-bedroom unit that offers me spectacular views, spacious rooms and a perfect location for all the shopping/services I need and desire. The front office staff, staffed by Nicole and Rachel, are always responsive to my requests and the maintenance staff is excellent! I recently had a situation when my shower curtain rod fell off the wall making it impossible for me to shower. In the summer... heat, that was a BIG problem! As soon as I made the request for service, Jeremy, an excellent service tech was up here to reconnect the rod in a very short time. I appreciate the level of service I receive here and the location of the community. I look forward to spending many more years at Avana.

This is an excellent and safe place to live. I’ve lived here for seven years and couldn’t be happier. It’s easily accessible. Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are less than 15 minutes away. Five stars from me!
