Nestled in Phoenix' North Mountains, Avana provides a peaceful environment just minutes from downtown. I love my apartment, and both the office and maintenance staffs are courteous & helpful.

The grounds are kept up weekly. Maintenance response times better than previous management. The biggest is that it is quiet with seemingly a no-tolerance policy for loud music. Nestled in a cute neighborhood seemingly safe to take walks in. The staff is polite, patient, competent, and very nice to deal with. Thank you!
