overall it has been great. except when i try emailing the manager/team about a noise complaint. they do not acknowledge it what so ever. i have sent a little over 4 emails and no response has been sent to me. completely no privacy with neighbors above you, they do not care if you have babies or not.

This is a great community.
I’ve been using the gym recently, and the equipment is very well-equipped.
The swimming pool is also maintained very clean and nice.

So far, moving into the Ascend at Black Canyon has been a great experience. All of the apartment homes are brand new with beautiful wood flooring and carpet throughout.

Great community, but noisy due to the proximity to I17 and no sound wall along this portion of the highway. The maintenance crew is always very responsive and is great at ensuring issues are addressed.
