Poor management

Management does not respond to emails or phone calls, including the regional manager. It's impossible to have anything resolved, maintenance takes over two weeks to fix anything they deem as "not important." Truly regret signing a lease here.

overall it has been great. except when i try emailing the manager/team about a noise complaint. they do not acknowledge it what so ever. i have sent a little over 4 emails and no response has been sent to me. completely no privacy with neighbors above you, they do not care if you have babies or not.
