As new residents at Altura, we chose to move here because of the location and incentives the community was offering. We have been here for just under a month, and so far we are really enjoying the experience. The community, amenities, and overall atmosphere have been very welcoming, and we're excited to continue settling in and making Altura our home.

Great place to stay if you okay with poor security measures. Since living here I had my bike stolen and my car stolen. No urgency from management to look into security footage. On site staff are friendly. Amenities appear to be nice when working. Pool closure. Coffee machine not working. Elevators not working. Parking garage gate not working.
