My experience at Alta 99th has been very positive, the best decision, the office group always available, the maintenance guys always very polite and willing to your needs, the apartment beautiful and comfortable, I enjoy walking with my dog, it is important for me to feel comfortable and safe, thank you for making my stay a great experience.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment The unit is clean, modern, and well maintained, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful finishes. The layout makes excellent use of space, and everything from the appliances to the water pressure works exactly as it should.
The building itself is quiet and secure, with responsive management and friendly neighbors. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alta 99, managed by Greystar. After canceling my apartment application within the allowed 24-hour grace period, I was told my $150 refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through phone calls and a detailed email to their corporate office, I’ve been completely ignored. I was simply told someone would reach out—yet no one... ever did.

This has turned into a complete nightmare over a simple refund. If this is how they handle a small issue like this, I can only imagine how they’d treat actual tenants. Save yourself the stress and avoid Alta 99 altogether. Read More
