They charge for parking but offer ZERO security. Avoid.

If you value your property, do not move to Alta 99th. They have the nerve to charge a monthly fee for parking, yet provide absolutely no cameras and zero security in the lots. My car has been repeatedly keyed and damaged, and management’s response is a total shrug.
You are essentially paying a monthly premium for the privilege of leaving your car in a vulnerable, unmonitored zone. There is no guarantee of safety and no accountability when things go wrong. For a 'luxury' complex, the lack of... basic surveillance is pathetic. Save your money and your car, find a place that actually protects its residents instead of just charging them for the dirt they park on.

It’s a nice place to live for the price , very green. Wish the neighbors took better care of their pets though. Was out and about the other day with my child and a neighbor’s dog launched itself at us . Was a bit scary . Might need a fence or wall soon due to homeless people . I’m excited for the local businesses opening in the area.

Enjoyed living at Alta 99

Just wanted to say I enjoyed my time living here at Alta 99 and the staff was very professional and polite to work with, especially Destiny and Larita in the leasing office! My unit was very clean, new appliances, I rarely had any issues living here and if I did most were resolved in a timely manner. Although, I am moving to Scottsdale, I enjoyed this location it was very quiet and very peaceful. I will also miss the pool and the 24 hr fitness gym! :)
