Updated and fully functioning keypads at all entry points are essential. Currently, inconsistent access systems create unnecessary challenges for residents and delivery services.

There should be no reason residents are unable to have packages delivered directly to their front doors if they choose. Installing reliable keypads on all entrances would significantly enhance both security and convenience. With these updates, the property could provide a much better living experience.

No complaints outside of the trash security. I have been here for nearly 3 years now and it’s been so far so good. Maintenance is timely, there has been several changes of management but the assistant manager has been consistent. She’s really nice and supportive. Building maintenance is upkept okay…& my unit itself has been maintaining too. I’ve only had to call for 2/3 repairs since I been here.

I have been living at PAX about 2 years now and I just recently signed a lease renewal. The property is always very well maintained, clean and any issues are always addressed immediately and are communicated amongst the residents. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and have some of the best views you can ask for! My apartment has a clear view of south mountain and I really couldn’t ask for a better view, especially when the sun sets! The staff have also been nothing but great to me and... that makes a huge difference, especially when you need assistance for something or whatever it may be. I’ve had to submit a couple work requests myself and both times they were taken care of right away. I was honestly very impressed with how quick I got a response and how quick they were resolved. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing that if anything does happen to come up, it will be taken care of in a timely manner. I am very pleased with living here!
