I am a new resident, but so far so good! The staff was super helpful and kind when I was applying/touring/moving in. I love how dog friendly the apartment complex is and all of the special amenities (including the convenience store).

Absolutely love the location of this building. Apartments feel dated compared to all of the new builds that are popping up around Phoenix.
Have seen some improvements to community spaces / general spaces like stairwells and such but would love to see a better effort to keep these places clean and amenities working.

The staff and maintenance crew are excellent in their communication with their renters. I have always been greeted with a smile and a positive attitude from the ladies in the front office. Any services needed for the apartment is always done swiftly and with excellent results.
