Until basic resident needs are being consistently provided, like consistently and properly functioning security cameras and automatic closing entrance gates, prospective renters should approach Haven @ P83 with caution.

We were very interested in renting at this property, and called to verify some information listed both here and their actual website. They state there is no weight restrictions but this is false — when we called they stated they only accept up to 25lb dogs unless they are service animals. Hopefully this saves someone else time!

Excellent, efficient, FAST, easygoing personable, maintenance experience. Made my issues look like a piece of cake. The new maintenance manager is what this place needed.They took my call at the top of the morning and I didn't have to wait around all day for them.

They dont come out to take care of your maintenance requests. They also never answer the office phone. Things within the apt break constantly, but again you just live w/ it that way bc no one comes out. The amount you pay in rent is ridiculous for the service and help from staff.
