The front office staff is nice and maintenance responds quickly to requests. However, I am disappointed with the layout of the kitchen in the 1-bedroom apartments. In order to open the dishwasher, you need to open your oven all the way. It makes it inconvenient to unload and reload the dishwasher, especially when you want to cook at the same time. The dishwasher is so old that you can’t even clean the filter yourself. It is built in and you can’t remove it, which concerns me wondering how clean... my plates and cups are actually getting. The oven is terrible. No self cleaning option, and just a dial with the temperature so you can’t put an exact temperature in when you are baking and cooking. The kitchen is so small that it gets hot quickly while you are cooking. Had I known about the outdated appliances and that you can’t open the dishwasher without opening the oven, I would’ve chosen another complex or floorplan. The kitchen in the 1-bedroom layouts need to be renovated.

Do not move here. The in house staff will lie to you, it is not worth living here. The maintenance staff cab barely fix a lightbulb. Do not move here.
