Do not move here. The in house staff will lie to you, it is not worth living here. The maintenance staff cab barely fix a lightbulb. Do not move here.

The office staff is so awesome they walk you thru everything . I appreciate them so much . It's quiet and I love when I pass people they actually say hi. I talked with a few neighbors and they all agree they love the atmosphere here.
