Well for starters I haven't moved in yet. I was supposed to on the first.. Between the no one answers phones or calls back a message. Then having to go into the office to get answers, due to lack of phone skills. Then you topitoff with the online application process. I had so much trouble just getting thru verification I had to actually call my bank to make sure it was completed. There is no clarification stating that you are done. So I would have to verify by email if it was completed. So when... I actually get to move in and become a resident is still being determined.

Everything was a smooth move in process the only this is is that I would like to go swimming because it’s so hot but both pools are shut down for the time being

Thankfully I am in a quiet building, the maintenance guys are always super friendly and handle issues in a timely manner, and its nice having sun shades automatically on the porches/balconies. The only issue I have is sometimes it is really hard reaching anyone in the office.
