Living here is really nice and well kept. Maintenance crew are also nice, helpful, and quick to repair. Paying rent and making service requests are very easy to do online, offering convenience. I've never had a bug problem and rarely see them even outside. Would recommend living here :)

Fairly nice area. Have some maintenance issues that take about a week to be looked at, other that that I have no problems with this apartment complex.

The staff is excellent, the only complaint I really have is the noise control & the trash fills up very fast so it's almost always overflowing.

We highly recommend Genoa Lakes to anyone searching for an exceptional place to live. If you want a comfortable place for just yourself or if you are a couple or a family with children Genoa Lakes has something for everyone. My Soulmate and I thoroughly enjoy having someone else 'on-board' to keep our beautiful grounds manicured, the buildings, inside and outside operating like a five-star resort in Scottsdale. We love seeing the families having so much fun at the pool and picnic area. It's... 'vacation time' here. Plus, the management team is like family always hosting complimentary BBQ's, fresh 'Farmers Markets', coffee and doughnuts, Holiday parties and lots of fun and memorable events. No matter if you're single or a couple, like us, or a high-energy family we invite you to come here for a tour and seeing for yourself because "seeing is believing"...right? Welcome to Genoa Lakes!!! "Where the steaks are perfectly cooked and the nights are most relaxing.
