I love the location and being close to a lot of things. But my reason for 3 stars is due to a mold / leaking problem that is in my bathroom they have been 3 times for the same issue but the mold and the leak keep coming back and there is still currently mold.

I thoroughly enjoy living here. The staff is great and the rates are reasonable. The area is nice and close to schools in the area. I haven't had a problem since moving in almost 2 years ago. I would surely recommend to anyone wanting to live in the area.
