Absolutely love living here! The staff is genuinely friendly and always helpful. Maintenance has been incredible - quick, efficient, and reliable every time.

The little touches make a big difference too, like dog treats in the office (which my pup fully appreciates). The community events and rotating food trucks are such a fun bonus and make it easy to feel connected here.

Parking is always easy, getting internet set up was seamless, and the homes are clean and well-kept. The neighbors are... respectful and friendly, and the community is incredibly quiet. I also feel very safe walking my dog around at night, which was really important to me.

I only toured this place, I never lived here but live nearby. The 1 bedroom with den is really nice. Clean and new. The bedroom can fit a king sized bed and 2 nightstands. The kitchen has plenty of space. I love the washer and dryer. The enclosed outdoor area makes having a dog easier. The area is safe and quiet. Plenty of places to walk your dog from the complex in the neighborhood. They keep the pool 82ish in the winter and hot tub 101 so using the amenities is possible all year.
