One of the best things about living at Amiya apartments is the maintenance is superb! Whenever I am taking my early morning walks, I always see someone going around ensuring the gym, pool area and grounds is ready for residents. It's not cool they have to pick up after other residents dogs. The staff at Amiya is always kind to me as well.

Beautiful well maintained apartment complex. Maintenance staff is always friendly and quick at completing work orders. Office is hard to get ahold of and seem to want to rush conversations with tenants

I’ve truly enjoy living at Amiya! The community is beautifully maintained, quiet, and feels like a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests or questions. My apartment is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—and upgraded finishes.
The amenities are top-notch—from the pool area and fitness center to the resident events that build a real sense of community. The location is convenient too, with easy access to shopping, dining, and... the freeway.
Overall, Amiya is a place I’m proud to call home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a supportive community atmosphere.
