I just moved in about a week and a half ago. Place is nice and well kept. Ari is welcoming and great at making the leasing process easy. Niki is wonderful at managing this place and staying on top of maintaining the luxury living conditions and is so personable with every guest. Makes you feel valued. I’m glad I chose to move here!

Amenities

Gates always broken, Pet Park causes itching and balding with pets. The butterfly app does not open the front door. There is no storage, management doesn’t want us to use our patio. The hallways don’t get cleaned like they should. The trash dumpster and elevators are always out of order. And on top of that management is very rude.

TERRIBLE

The property management at Alta Goodyear has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward tenants. They are all smiles to get you to move in. Communication is cold and dismissive, and instead of making residents feel comfortable in their homes, they create unnecessary stress and tension. The constant notices, lack of professionalism, and intrusive behavior make it hard to enjoy living here peacefully.

Yes, the apartments may look nice on the inside, but is it really worth it if... you can’t feel comfortable in your own home? Management seems more focused on intimidation and control than actually helping residents. I would strongly recommend future tenants do their research before signing a lease here.

Lovely place poor management

This would be a lovely place to live if you weren’t constantly harassed with inspections every month! It’s always a reason for them to want to come into your home. I would not recommended if you love your privacy and peace.
