unbelievable management

my son stayed here for three years, roaches, aircon problems, furniture problems, then they bore a hole in our bathroom because of leak upstairs, never fixed it until we left, then we notified them twice way before the 60 day prescriptive period that we were not renewing lease, now they send collection agency collecting from our two month rent penalty claiming we did not inform them beforehand, if your read other reviews, management changes every few months so turnover of employees very fast... also, unbelievable, hope the management gets a dose of their own medicine one day

Poor management handing over notes, roaches!

Full of roaches, sign contract on the day you move into your apartment, they can change the room on the last day. Management does not hand over all documents during handing over to a new management team, keep all copies of your documents. Very unethical people. All they care about is your money. They don't even care about your reviews!
