I am absolutely disgusted and disheartened by this experience. I feel trapped in my lease and can’t even unpack my items due to improper storage, water damage, and mold. I am completely baffled by this experience and the amount of water damage that has been ignored. I do not recommend anyone move here as I moved in to an unfit unit and there has been no urgency to fix anything. Even the water in the bathroom shower was off and it took them over 7 days to visit and turn it on.

Laguna was the most peaceful and quiet apartment complex I have ever lived in. I was able to work from home and get a good night of sleep every day. The property managers are based on site so it was very easy to ask questions or get issued resolved. They were proactive about enforcing community policies regarding noise, cleanliness and smoking. Maintenance issues were addressed very quickly. The rent was reasonable considering how expensive the area is.

I personally think the Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch Apartments is a nice place to live I've only been here a month and everything is good for me so far the layouts of the apartments is nice the amenities are good like wash and dryer ceiling fans air conditioning wood floor very spacious friendly people quiet at night and it's gated Plus you're not too far from grocery stores and gas station and the 101 freeway. I'm very comfortable here and I believe anyone that moves in this complex will be... comfortable too. They have a thing well you can get online with this complex I call it online but they called it a protocol I believe where the residence can communicate with each other like for instance if you had a package come to the wrong apartment you can put in an email while only your residence can see it to find that missing package or if you want to sell something that's in the complex. Or if someone lose something in the complex. That was my first time ever since something like this and I think it's good for the complex not only that it shows how trustworthy your residents are. There is a huge turnover in management and ownership. I have been in this apartment complex for five years and every year it gets worse.

My experience has been great! From start to signing and beyond the leasing office understood my needs and continue to exceeded my expectations with the utmost professionalism! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the vibes are friendly! The quality and accuracy of the customer service is phenomenal! I’d recommend Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, kid friendly environment!
