We haven't had any real problems here per say, the community is quiet although we've had our problem neighbors. In the little over a year that we have lived here most of the people have moved out and the place is mostly empty now.

They destroyed the pool area several months back and have made little progress on completion...Now that it is June it sure would be nice to have a pool...

People don't pick up their dog crap as per usual. Our dogs have had a whole host of diarrhea issues that... resolved themselves we stopped taking them to certain areas where there was a lot of unremoved poop.

On renewal they didn't even try to get us to stay and whacked us with a massive rent increase while on the other hand giving new residents huge move-in specials.

Their add-ons in terms of community water, electric and gas every month are pretty substantial so the base price of rent you see is really only the beginning. Expect you will pay about $150 more than that per month.

I just moved in. The flat is updated and everything is nice. The community seems quiet and haven't had any issues with noise.

Very small and intimate living experience! I have lived here for 13 years. I am hoping they turn these apartments into condos or a lease to own.

Great place to live accessible to 101 Arrowhead Mall and so much more.

The best maintenance team of anywhere we have ever lived. By far! Any issues they are on it immediately and they aren't finished until you are satisfied.
