I’ve honestly had a really solid experience here. The staff has been extremely helpful and on top of everything from the start. My move in was quick and smooth, which made the whole transition way easier than I expected.
The apartments feel premium and well designed. You can tell it’s not just thrown together. The amenities are actually nice and usable, not just something they advertise.
The area is beautiful and super convenient. It genuinely feels good coming home here. I’m really glad I... chose this Broadstone Westgate.

It an amazing place, gated all around with access keys to every door, creating a safe environment. Our fellow residents, and the staff of Broadstone are all nice and respectful. The amenities are amazing. The only ehhh is the parking situation which probably only affects you have the household has more than one vehicle.

Great place to live! The apartments are modern and well-kept, and the amenities—especially the pool and rooftop lounge—are top-notch. The location near Westgate Entertainment District is super convenient, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

BEST EXPERIENCE! From online exploring, touring, to moving in, and living here
The community location is ideal. Walking distance to so much and easy access to the 101. The community is new. Beautiful finishes and amenities. Neighbors have been friendly. The staff. EVERYONE of them has been great to work with! From leasing to management (Louie, Vianca, & Jay) have made my unexpected rapid move from out of state to Arizona for work as painless as possible. And believe me I toured about 12 properties in the day and a half I had to locate my new home in a new state. New... construction comes with potential issues along with the routine maintenance. That is to be expected FYI if you are considering moving here please remember that. And I will tell you my experience with the maintenance and house keeping staff Eric, Chris, & Elosia has been fantastic. First night here we had an unexpected maintenance item come up that was urgent but not emergency. And the next day Eric & Chris were on top of things. And Elosia made sure that I didn't even know they were there. Living here and working in the work area most days I see how busy the leasing office can get at timea. I strongly recommend making an appointment to tour the property if you are interested. That way you will get to see all of the amenities and tour the available or model units.
