I've lived here for a few years I have had little to no real issues. All my work orders are handled in a timely manner and the lady's in the office are nice and always willing to help! Don't have any negatives to mention other than only 1 exit out of the complex.

Front desk is incredibly helpful and kind. Very dog friendly which I love. Management answered all of my questions and emails over the phone while I was still out in Colorado and probably annoying haha. Very thankful to the team that worked with me while moving in from out of state. Made me feel very welcome here.

Extremely disappointing move-in experience and poor communication from management.
Our experience with this apartment community has been frustrating from the very beginning. When we toured, we were told by Faith, the Assistant Manager, that there was a promotion for 4 weeks off base rent on 2-bedroom/2-bath units. This promotion was advertised throughout the property and was even written on our tour sheet.
After we went home to apply for the specific unit we toured, we discovered that it had... already been leased. We called Faith, and she told us that unit was no longer available and that we could apply for another unit that would be available 8/1. At no point did she tell us that the promotion did not apply to this particular unit. Had we been given that information, we would have been able to make an informed decision about whether to move forward. After moving in, things became even more disappointing. Our apartment was filthy and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before we received the keys. There was also existing damage, and since moving in we have experienced multiple leaks and other issues that should have been addressed before a new resident moved in.
Another major issue has been communication with the management team. Requests and concerns can take several days, and sometimes over a week, to receive a response, which makes resolving problems extremely frustrating.
We also brought up the advertised rent promotion and were told that our unit does not qualify. This is especially frustrating because the promotion was advertised in multiple places, was discussed with us during our tour, and was even documented on our tour paperwork. From our experience, it appears that our unit was essentially the only one excluded from the promotion, yet that exclusion was never communicated to us before we signed the lease.
Overall, we feel that there was poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the leasing and move-in process. We expected the apartment to be clean and move-in ready, and we expected the leasing staff to clearly communicate which promotions applied to the unit we were being offered.
I would strongly recommend getting every promotion and verbal promise in writing before signing anything and specifically confirming that the promotion applies to the exact unit you are leasing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, what was communicated to us during the tour did not match what management was willing to honor after we moved in. Read More

Excellent location, nice staff and great neighbors. Maintenance staff are kind but sometimes replacement items seem to take longer than they should. If they can fix it quickly without ordering parts, they do.

I love living at Espiral. The staff is quick to response to any issues. The groundskeeping team keeps the grounds clean. It is in a great location, near downtown Gilbert. And it is usually very quiet.
