Jeff replaced under our sink and we have not had any issues since. I appreciate the quick communication and friendly staff. The property is VERY well maintained and I would recommend this place to family and friends.

New Apartment, Endless Perks – Two Months In and Loving It!
Loving life at Alta Rise! I’ve been here for two months and couldn’t be happier. My brand-new 2-bedroom unit is way more spacious than I expected, and everything feels fresh and well-designed. The amenities are next-level—it’s like living at a resort: full-size gym, pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, spa, hammocks, two grills within steps of my place, two cozy fire pits practically on my patio, and a super convenient package locker room.
On top of that, the staff and maintenance team... have been absolutely superb—friendly, responsive, and always on point. They’ve made settling in such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Alta Rise really delivers on every level!
