I've been living at the Cooper 202 just about 2 years now and it has been very pleasing. Well kept property, amazing office/management staff, great amenities, close to the trails and right off the 202 once you exit the property.

Lately living at the cooper has been getting increasingly frustrating due to poor communication from the team (not the maintenance team- we love them they have always been super nice and helpful) recent events are also leaving me worried about an upcoming vacation i have - because evidently i can be threated to have my car towed from my own reserved spot with less than 24 hours notice

Hi, the notice was given as a courtesy to residents who had cars parked in the areas where the landscapers were finishing the tree trimming. We were attempting to prevent any tree debris from falling onto your vehicle even though it was parked in... your assigned carport spot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The front office staff is absolutely amazing it truly feels like one big family here. They genuinely care, they listen, and the maintenance crew has been incredible as well. It’s only been a couple of days since we moved in, but so far we are very happy and already feel at home!

When I moved into Cooper 202 last year, I was relocating quickly for a new job and was assured the apartment would be cleaned before my arrival. After driving from Indiana to Arizona, I arrived to filthy wood floors, dirty appliances and cabinets, stained tubs, missing stove parts, broken sliding doors, and several LED lights out, leaving the apartment dark. Maintenance issues were rarely fixed correctly the first time, and the ice maker alone has been repaired at least four times. I was also... charged for two extra carports without any adjustment to my account. Overall, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, which is why I chose not to renew my lease. While the property looks nice outside, many interiors need significant updates and new appliances. Diane was the one positive part of my experience and was always helpful.
