Our maintenance team is the best, they are always so nice and get work orders done so fast. Sometimes even same day. We appreciate the hard work they do for us residents

We moved here from Alabama and instantly fell in love with the property for the location and the amenities mentioned online. Once we got here it was beyond our expectations. If you've ever dreamt of living in a hotel and not having to check out this is your place. Extremely quiet and well kept community.

I travel quite a bit for work and have bounced from apartment to apartment over the years and am hard pressed to think of a more professional and courteous staff. Common courteous isnt so common anymore and this staff if nothing else has an abundance of it. Much appreciated.

It has been 2 weeks into living at the Encore Novo apartments. The whole experience has been great, from initial viewing and now enjoying the benefits in the complex. The on site team have been fantastic and incredibly helpful even supporting prior to the move in date.
The maintenance team corrected any issue found during the move in period in a timely and professional manner. Looking forward to enjoying the facilities and living here moving forward.

I have lived in many different apartments throughout my life. This team / experience is definitely one of the best. The entire leasing team was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. My apartment was clean and ready for move-in as promised. I definitely made the right decision to live here at Encore Novo. I look forward to many years here as it is the perfect location and a very quiet place to call home.
