The leasing office and the area are my two top reasons for still living in Cantera for four years! I have a seen Managers come and go, but I can always count on Chris and Alexis, those two outside of my garage are the best parts of Cantera!

Cantera’s maintenance has become almost non-existent. I’ve been waiting over a month for basic repairs (washer, bathroom fan, bathtub liner) with no resolution. In the meantime, I’m paying out of pocket for laundry and dealing with moisture issues from poor ventilation. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and accountability is lacking. While Alexis has been helpful, overall management has failed residents. I’ve spoken with other community members who are experiencing the same problems.... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend living here.

A very pretty complex with great amenities. They have excellent ground keepers that keep everything trim and neat. Alexis from management is fantastic — she does all she can to accommodate everyone and communicates very well. However, if Alexis is NOT in office that day, your requests/questions going in via email and phone call will be missed OR ignored. Not sure which one!

When I first moved here, for the first year it felt like a great place to live. However, the longer I am here, it is starting to become worse and worse. Bug problem developing, service requests taking many weeks to be handled, services around apartment being neglected, etc. Hoping it improves and returns to their prior state as it was definitely worth it when I first moved in.
