So far my experience here with the leasing team has been great. They are communicative and helpful and the moving process was made to be very easy. I will say when moving into my apartment, there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed- light bulbs, blinds, peeling floors, no medicine cabinet shelves, handprints on doors, etc. However the leasing agent and maintenance team were very quick to fix the issues in just a matter of days, with just a few that still need work. Neighbors are... friendly and the landscape is well maintained and cute.

Avana River Ranch is a beautiful complex, filled with trees and grass, which is harder to find in Arizona. The place is normally pretty quiet and peaceful, which I like. It's not very far from the city centers of Chandler and Phoenix too.
