They should be more efficient in their maintenance service. It has taken almost a week and I still have water leaking, which will cause the humidity to damage the cabinet. I told the person who came about this and they said that if that happened they would replace it.

Aging, but solid apartment complex. It's in a great, low crime area and the floor plans are set up well. Staff have been very on top of things. Not a perfect apartment, but solid.

Avana Riverranch is very clean, Cynthia and Aly in the office are very kind and professional, and John was very quick and thorough with responding to my maintenance concerns.
