My son is relocating to Arizona, and during our visit we toured six different apartment communities—including Alta Uptown—and this one truly stood out from the start.

From the moment we walked in, Bri set the tone with a welcoming, upbeat energy and a strong knowledge of the property. The lobby and shared spaces are absolutely beautiful, with a high-end, hotel-style feel—and we especially loved the French flair woven throughout the design. Bri walked us through two different model units and answered every question with ease. The apartment finishes are stunning—quartz countertops, backlit vanities, and two-toned cabinetry are only the beginning. The amenities are just as impressive, featuring a stylish lobby with a pool table and a rooftop lounge with incredible views. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to downtown Mesa and Chandler.

Even though we had two more tours scheduled that day, once we finished, my son didn’t hesitate—Alta Uptown was the one. We called Bri right away and went back to see the A5.1 model, a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath layout offering nearly 1,100 square feet. It instantly felt like home and the perfect place for him to start this new chapter.

We returned the next day and met with Nadine, who was just as friendly and helpful. She walked us through the model again so we could take measurements and made sure all of our remaining questions—especially about move-in details—were answered, which gave us a real sense of comfort and confidence moving forward.

Before making our decision, we also took time to read through prior reviews. It was reassuring to see that many of the earlier concerns mentioned appear to have been addressed, which gave us additional confidence in moving forward.

My son will be moving in within the next few weeks, and I plan to return and update this review with feedback on the move-in process and his experience after he has had some time living in the community.

Alta Uptown is so quick to respond and provides phenomenal service. They’ve gotten the issue resolved within 24 hrs for all of my requests and have been extremely communicative throughout the process

I love our community still new but will get adjusted in addressing issue and still have time to grow to get better in addressing concerns. What matters is they get the job done and resolved.

The customer service is outstanding here. Everyone is nice from the maintenance, leasing office even the community. The quality of the amenities is great and I personally love using. It’s really nice living here.
