It has been great but our rent went up. We usually get lower rates but it shot up. The area around us isn't the same. The people are kind in the office and offered to move us to another apartment lower. It will be all good.

The ofc staff is polite & knowledgeable the landscape tends to get over grown the pools are not well kept tanning chairs are torn & faded grills in pool are not cleaned I know allot of this has to do with the residents not doing their part and cleaning up after themselves but that makes the property look fun down, parents do not clean up after their kids allowing them to write with chalk all over the stairs, rails & buildings allowing them to pour mud all over the sidewalks, walkways and common... areas smell of trash & are dirty I moved here because at one point it was clean and luxurious & now it's looking like the apartments in a run down area which this area is not the residents need to do better & the office staff needs to hold them accountable for the way they're making the property look.Overall the complex is nice & quiet in a good area good schools nearby the gyms are kept clean & have working equipment. Love it here! But people let there dogs poo everywhere and don't pick up the dog poo so we have fly bothering us when we sit out on the patio..

The complex is okay but the people are getting worse who reside here. Weve been waiting for dog washed and a kids park for sometimes. We also are missing weights in the gym.

No complaints here ! Happy to have a place to sleep and enjoy gym pool grills and movie theater. Also have garage for rent if you have the means or need space . Parking can get limited past evenings.
