I’ve really enjoyed living at Alta Avondale. The community is welcoming, and the residents are very respectful, which makes it a comfortable and pleasant place to call home. The front office team is especially great. They’re always responsive, attentive, and genuinely care about addressing any concerns. The maintenance team is also excellent; they respond quickly and show up promptly whenever a request is submitted. Overall, it’s been a positive living experience, and I would definitely... recommend it to others.

Love it here!
This property is beautiful! It's well maintained and the amenities are awesome. Our leasing agent, Hector was so helpful and truly made the transition into our new home such a pleasant experience. Alta Avondale is Special
I love living here. The office staff is friendly and they have some of the best resident events, they really care about this place and the people that live here. The maintenance staff is friendly and so quick to take care of work-orders and are always taking care of the property.

Nice place to live, friendly staff.
Alex was very helpful and accommodating during the move in process and answered all questions during my move in. I also met one of the maintenance people Roberto and he was very kind and helped me put trash in the trash compactor.
