All shared spaces are furnished. Tenants must only furnish his/her individual bedrooms. Only one person is allowed per bedroom. Bills include all utilities, trash, recycling, Wi-Fi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces. Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request.
