The apartment itself is big, nice and modern. I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls, or in the hallway, and that was a big reason why I wanted to leave my last place.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept in great condition. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I moved into Liam at Hayes Farm in January 2025 and so far it has been a great experience. I am glad I choose Liam over all the other choices of apartment communities in the Huntsville area.

The office and maintenance teams here are simply the best I have ever encountered. They are friendly, responsive, and always go the extra mile. It's clear they take pride in their work and the community. I feel incredibly valued as a resident.

Liam at Hays has been such a delightful property to live in so far. The amenities are amazing and the staff is super friendly. They’re really involved in their community and make sure the residents have a great experience.
