My family moved to Liam at Hays Farm looking for good schools, amenities and city live experiences. We are in a amazing community that we want to call our new home, amazing neighbors, everybody is so friendly with us and with my dog. Liam at Hays Farm got everybody connected and that makes a really smooth transition from one state to the other.

I recently moved into The Liam, and I’m so glad I did. The community is peaceful and welcoming, and the space itself feels like home. My unit is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and functionality in mind.
The staff has been professional, courteous, and responsive to any questions or concerns I’ve had—especially during move-in. While there were a few small hiccups, they were handled with care and respect.
What I appreciate most is the sense of calm and security... here. It’s a great environment to rest, reset, and feel truly at home.
