Henry House


I'm about to finish my contract here and I'm leaving just because I'll have my own house.
But it has been a wonderful stay
both in the
building and the treatment of the entire administration with me as a guest always willing to help very helpful
I recommend 100% this complex of apartments to live in, everything is close and it is a very good place to live very comfortably

Love the staff

I have been living at Henry House for a while now and think I can finally attest to my time here.! viewed close to 15 places before moving from south Alabama to now here in Madison. Out of all the places I viewed the management here is what made me choose Henry House. The staff here from Summer(management) to maintenance all are going above and beyond to accommodate you. The staff is amazing and always doing things in the community for everyone living here. The neighborhood is quite safe clean... and peaceful. I literally have no complaints. Thank you so much Summer for being amazing.

Henry House apartments

I truly enjoy living at Henry House Apartments and have for the past 4½ years. The staff has always been incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, which has made my experience here even more meaningful.

Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond—especially with maintenance. I’ve only had one maintenance issue during my entire stay, and it was handled the same day with great care and efficiency.

The community itself feels safe, quiet, and well-kept, which gives me... peace of mind every day. I’m truly grateful for the positive experience I’ve had here and would highly recommend Henry House Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
