Henry House is a very well maintained apartment complex in a safe part of town. The floorplans are roomy and allow for a comfortable living space for those in Madison; the complex is also well in range for a majority of businesses and work places.

The entire staff at Henry house at Cliff Farm from the leasing office to the maintenance crew provides a five star service big props to summer and Melissa at the leasing office and Brian on the maintenance crew!

Living at Henry House at Clift Farms
We moved here in August 2025. We couldn't be happier. The apartment itself is beautiful. The soundproofing is excellent. We are on the first floor and rarely hear the neighbors over us, and never next door. The grounds are maintained so well, which is very important to us. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Any maintenance issue or otherwise, has been handled within a reasonable time frame. This is also a very peaceful complex. It felt like home immediately. And it's hard to top the... beautiful resort pool and cabana. We are really looking forward to enjoying this amenity this summer.
