I had a wonderful experience living at Seleno Apartments. The property is always clean, with a beautiful apartment featuring new appliances and plenty of closet space. The management staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, and the maintenance team provides quick and reliable service. It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and thanks to the solid construction and excellent insulation, I never once experienced issues with outside noise—you truly can’t hear your neighbors or what’s going on... outside. I have lived here for almost two years now. The first year was wonderful, but in recent time, it has gone down hill. The management used to be very accommodating and lax. Recently they have become very strict and threaten fines for every minor infraction (heaven for bid I leave my trashcan out slightly too long). This all while the persistent roach and wasp problems go unchecked. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

The apartment and location are very nice, but it has been a real pain to try and contact the office for any help.

I am neutral. The apartments are lovely. However, the neighbors are very loud here and there is no enforcement of noise pollution in regards to loud cars of residents and loud neighbors.

I like living here but we feel standards are dropping. With all the brand new options in the area, the completion alone should keep standards up.
