Houses are 2-3 minute drive / 8-minute bike ride... to campus!
Houses are in a Quiet + Safe neighborhood with plenty of parking!

? Fully furnished bedrooms include a bed, closet, desk, chair, nightstand, and lamp.
? Fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. Utensils, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and tables/desks are all included.

The current tenants are students. There is a great community of students and young professionals within the house, where each tenant has their needs met so they can focus on their studies/careers.
