Not exactly cheap for the amenities. I would highly recommend NOT pay the last month rent. They completely rip students off with their charges at the end of the lease. Example, 4 bedroom apartment, they charge each bedroom $125 just to clean and that’s if they clean. If they don’t, good luck getting that money back. They’ll also charge outrageous prices for doing anything at time of lease. Much better management companies in the area.
