Can’t recommend a better apartment complex in Columbus than Lullwater! Between the pool, tennis court, gym, and 2 dog parks (which is a major plus), as well as an outdoor trail for days I want to go running or go on an extra long walk with my dog…you can’t lose!
The office folks have always been nice to me and they have free candy and refreshments during the day too haha! I will be renewing and definitely recommend to others looking for a place to live:)
Also very close to stores like Publix,... Walmart, target, etc so easy to go grocery shopping! Also easy access to the highway!

The staff were extremely helpful and positive during the process. Giving a genuine sense of welcoming us into the community here, and always forthcoming with any updates when seeing them in passing and keeping everyone up to date on what's going on here at Lullwater. The other residents are always nice and say hi to myself and my kids and respectful of those living next to them in the apartments.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The move-in process was incredibly easy and stress-free, which made settling in so much smoother. The location is excellent, close to everything I need while still feeling like a nice, quiet place to come home to. The amenities are another huge plus. They’re clean, well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this... apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

From the very beginning, my experience at Lullwater Apartments has been amazing! Breanna made me feel so welcome during my tour. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless—I’ve honestly never moved into an apartment that was that clean. They even left a handwritten welcome card, snacks, drinks, and a welcome book with my lease, gate code, community information, and local recommendations. The attention to detail and warm welcome made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Lullwater Apartments!
