I’ve had a great experience living here! The leasing process was quick and easy, and Tracey was amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made the move-in process smooth.
After living here for 6 months, I can honestly say the staff continues to be helpful and welcoming. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the level of service and care they provide to the... residents. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Walden Pond has a great community. From the leasing center to the maintenance. The property for the location is astounding, the location is great.

Maintenance is awesome
They are one of the best maintenance crew I have ever dealt with. Anytime I put in a work order or have an issue, they respond quickly and get the job done right the first time.
Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but they are also respectful and friendly. They take the time to explain what they’re fixing and make sure everything is working properly before they leave. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents.
It’s a great feeling knowing... that when something needs attention, the maintenance team is dependable and ready to help

Nice complex
I have enjoyed my living experience this far. I would recommend the property. It’s on the north side of town, close to the strip mall, grocery shopping, and restaurants.

Great Apts
I have lived at Walden Pond for almost 2 years now, and overall it has truly been a great experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The office team does an amazing job making residents feel welcomed and valued, which is something you don’t find everywhere.
