I had been a resident of Laurel Crossing since 07/30/21 upon moving in there were several issues with the apartment I noticed but decided to overlook such as the roach problem I took upon myself to resolve, 2 missing bathroom drawers that were never installed upon renovation of the apartment, a non-working fireplace that was installed during renovation, peeling bathtubs that look a mess, and lastly a broken mailbox that doesn’t close that has been that way going on a month now. I have... submitted multiple maintenance requests but have yet to have someone come out and fix any of those issues. I dislike the fact that I feel as if I have to beg to get things fixed. I find it interesting how they have workers out here working frequently on the outside of the buildings but have simple maintenance requests that can be easily resolved in a short amount of time. I like how quiet the community is, the office staff, and the location, but overall but to me it seems that the cons are starting to outweigh the pros. As much as I pay in rent I’d expect maintenance issues to be resolved in a timely manner. This is my first apartment and I am glad that I had the opportunity to live here but I will not be renewing my lease this upcoming July among others who have already moved out as I frequently see furniture at the dumpsters every month. Have to beg to get things fix. The overall parking lots/ dumpster is horrible. The management staff is very rude and care nothing about the people

Beautiful landscaping greets you as you enter the complex. The management staff is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you resolve any issue that may arise.

I love it because it fits me. I would love free rent for a year because it will help me save up some money because when my mom passed away I was left with nothing and I have to start from scratch.

Laurel Crossing is a great community within a quick three minute drive to downtown LaGrange. The apartments are a little outdated but the management is working hard to update apartments and the amenities in the complex. For a two bedroom, I'm paying a lot less than compared to the other apartments around the area. Like the title says, a little outdated, but still a great deal for what you get and the updates that are in progress.
