Current resident. They always look for ways to charge more. a lot of extra fees. Poor amenities. Poor and expensive laundry machines. Think twice and read your lease 3x before you sign it. !!!!!

They let mold grow from the AC’s. Car thief’s. It’s crazy that they do nothing about it

My husband and I just went to view the apartments and we liked them very much. I called back and left a vm three days later, to drop off our paperwork and he never called back. I left another vm and it's almost a week later and I still have not heard back. They have not even received any of our information back to decline us for any reason so I don't understand what was the issue. I am only giving this 2 stars because of the service however, the apartment looked nice.

The manager on site never answer his phone nor do he call back. I called and set up a showing and he stood me up, I waited outside for 20mins. He didn’t answer the buzz nor did he answer his phone. He finally called me back later that day saying “he wrote down the wrong day” so we rescheduled. He finally showed me the place the next day and gave me an application and told me to call him so I can drop off the application. He never answered his phone nor called back. I had to call company... management just for him to call me back. His excuse was “oh my kids probably erased my messages”. I waited over 20 minutes to see this apartment complex. I called the manager over 5 times and buzzed the door; noone answered. Horrible service and poor management. Very unprofessional.
