Do not rent from this company. When we moved out, they denied multiple applicants that we sent to them without giving them a chance to tell their legitimate and understandable story AND refused to advertise the deal we were offering through their website to drive more traffic to the unit... all while lowering the prices on the units that they didn't have anyone leasing at the moment thus making our unit look absurdly expensive.
Also, when we left, we turned off the A/C to save money. They... turned it back on in the middle of the summer, made us pay the full power bill (on the order of $200 per month), AND THEN REFUSED TO TURN IT BACK OFF.
They caused us well over $15k in charges total that could have easily been remedied within a month for far less money (maybe only a month worth of rent). The units are way overpriced, but the second they get you on the hook, they will try to screw you as hard as they can.
They are not a reputable business and not worth renting from. Find someone else with more integrity.
