The apartments are nice and spacious, and my interactions with management have always been pleasant and timely. However, for the price of rent, I don’t think The Juniper is worth it. There is VERY little soundproofing. You can hear nearly every footstep from the apartment above, and the walls are so thin, I can hear the baby next door crying throughout the night. The $25 a month outdoor parking fee feels like a waste, and for the cost of rent, I expected better amenities, especially a pool. I... would look elsewhere first.

Nice Apartment
Living at the Juniper has been refreshing after a few bad experiences that we've had in the past. The building is new (opened in 2025) and modern looking and the amenities are nice. Management (Mcgrath) has been kind and helpful when we've needed something. Would recommend!

Underwhelming for the price, something broken every week
Overall underwhelming for price. First person to live in my unit. Already chipped corners, cabinets that open and hit the walls, baseboards misaligned, spackle on the ceiling. Seems like something is broken here every week. Currently item is no hot water as the gas is shut off for repair. The garage door fails every few weeks. The smell of weed finds its way into my unit from nearby units, even though smoking isn't permitted here. Oh and you have to renew you lease 120 days in advance, so start... looking as soon as you can!

Disappointing start
Just moved in to the Juniper and it’s been a mostly positive experience with one major caveat.
Nowhere in the lease or website did management indicate that you aren’t given full control over your thermostat. It’s limited to 70 degrees, which might be fine for some people but I am a hot sleeper and I wish I had known about this before signing a lease.
It’s an expensive apartment and they won’t even let you set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature. I am wondering if I will need to buy an... expensive bed cooling solution to make it bearable.
