The mailroom is accessible to the public since there is no door/key and people walk inside the building behind other tenants. The packages are opened and stolen from time to time. The elevator doesn't have a functional fob so you will find panhandlers and homeless people in the lobby or on your floor knocking on your doors. If your dog has an accident (#1) in the garage you will be charged $100 each time. You are required to give 4 months' notice before the end of your lease and they will start... the showings right away with 18-24 hrs notice, four months before your last day and the management won't accommodate the minor requests (30 min later/sooner) even though they know you work from home and have a dog. Overall, a very unhappy place to live with poor management.

Location and Finishes great, however...
There are a lot of pluses: located in the heart of downtown, this project is walkable to many restaurants and the square, the finishes are nice, the views are great. Parking is relatively easy, though its a bit tight in the garage. The one big issue is the balconies facing the lake get overrun with spiders in the summer - yes the views are great, but its a shame I cant open the door without breaking multiple webs and multiple spiders getting inside the apartment. Management washes the windows... once a year, but nothing is done for the balconies, and there is no hose attachment out there to take care of it yourself.
