Apartments are poorly maintained. The "Management" is rarely in the office or on site. If you have more than one vehicle parking will be an issue, you only have one assigned parking spot. The management who lives off-site takes up tenant parking with all of their extra vehicles (at least 8 vehicles). If you have guest, there is nowhere for them to park other than on the street. These apartments DO have black mold. IF YOU DO MOVE HERE, YOU NEED TO TAKE TONS OF PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND LOOK... AT THE MOVE IN/OUT CHECK LIST.,..

Blue Mt. View Apartments
I have lived here for 8 years, and I like my neighbors. I enjoy sitting on my porch. I have a ramp built so I can get in and out of my apartment. It makes it easier to be able to get the managers and know that my problems will get fixed.
