The Goat is an absolutely amazing property. From the brand new, (never lived in apartment homes), they are modern and well equipped. To all the amenities you could dream of! Such as a gym, pool, indoor common areas, VR room, pool table room, and movie theater. This place has it all!! Also love the fact garages and carports are available (who wants their car sitting outside?!).Manager - I’ve been working with Felicity, and she is extremely kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She has... already gone above and beyond for me! Highly recommend checking this place out, I know you’ll fall in love with it too.

Beautiful Apartments
Took a tour at The Goat the other day and I must say these are some of the prettiest apartments I have ever seen! They have so many cool things to do and they even have a VR room, like cmon i’ve NEVER seen that! The management team is super friendly and always ready to help, which made my experience even better. If you’re looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and convenience, The Goat is definitely worth checking out!

Hi, I took a Tour the other day with Christy of the Propertys @ the Goat at Broadmoor . Helped me out wonderfully was so helpful and Professional . Showed me around and two different apts .Great place s Great lay outs .The grounds and Property is Beautiful ..
