I hate the valet garbage service, sometimes they come at 6pm, other days at 11pm. So often I miss them and take out my own garbage- OR the wildlife around attacks the bags outside my door and then they will not pick them up. Its expensive and poorly thought out in my opinion.
The office is hard to get ahold of most times. But when you do, they are friendly and helpful.

Continual noise problems from neighbor above: my roof creaks as he walks around and I can hear his TV constantly. Poor construction and maintenance

If you don't have the latest version of any electronic devices, especially a cell phone, it's best to avoid this place. Because apps require every communication, and websites are not available.

The complex is beautifully maintained, safe to live, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The apartments are clean, really nice and updated. The atmosphere is quality and Top Notch along with the staff and management.
