I’ve lived here for almost two years and I’ve loved it! My neighbors have always been quiet, and nice when I see them. Maintenance people are always nice and wave when they pass by, and are super quick to come fix things, in my experience.

Avana Evergreen has been a perfect community. The crows in the morning make waking up a joy. My building is quiet and the grounds are kept very clean. In the evenings I’ve witness Atlas Security. The gated community is safe and clean. They stay on top of all arising issues. Units are well maintained internally and externally. Thank you for all the hard work Avana Team.

Finally, settling in my new serene surroundings of Avana Evergreen. After a few days of a marathon move from Portland, Or to Vancouver, Wa, , am feeling more at home in my ambiance. Its peaceful, picturesque views of quiet surroundings is just what I have been hoping to find, am happy to be here!
