I've been here less than a year, but everything has been good and going good love the pool and all the other activities you can do around. And the staff are nice, understanding, and helpful

Pros: Nice place to live. Staff is wonderful and responsive.
Cons: Sometimes people pile up a bunch of stuff by the large dumpster and it’s super gross and unsightly.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The office staff is helpful and polite, and maintenance usually handles things quickly when needed.

It took over a week for the manager to get back to us about our application. Denied us for income but we make more than required. Very unprofessional
